What Happens on Your Device
FoundryMelt Cleaner can examine device storage for categories such as advertising cache, old APK packages, temporary data, and residual files. After a scan, you choose what you want to remove.
The App requires file management access to perform these operations across applicable storage locations. The actual scanning and removal process takes place on the device. We do not receive or store copies of the files FoundryMelt Cleaner examines, and personal data is not directly collected by us as part of these core cleaning operations.
Services That May Process Other Information
FoundryMelt Cleaner may incorporate external technology for limited supporting purposes:

Third-party processing is subject to the respective provider's privacy terms and available user controls. These integrations do not require us to upload the contents of files found during a cleaning scan.
Why Processing Is Permitted
Depending on the processing activity and your jurisdiction, personal information may be processed because you have provided consent, because processing is necessary to provide a service you requested, because we have a legitimate interest in operating, securing, and understanding the App, or because processing is required to meet a legal obligation.
Consent can be withdrawn where consent is the applicable legal basis.
Your Control Over Information
We do not directly sell information obtained from the App's local file-cleaning process.
Where third-party processing may constitute sharing or sale under applicable privacy law, you can exercise an available opt-out through privacy or advertising controls on your device, consent settings presented in the App, applicable third-party controls, or by sending a request to our privacy contact.
You may ask us to confirm whether personal data concerning you is shared or sold and request information about the relevant purpose or recipient categories.
You may also have rights to:
- obtain access to personal information concerning you;
- correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- request deletion of eligible personal information;
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- withdraw previously provided consent; and
- obtain portable data where required by law.
If you are dissatisfied with the handling of a privacy matter, you may also submit a complaint to the competent regulatory or data protection authority in your jurisdiction.
How Long Information Remains
FoundryMelt Cleaner does not maintain server-side copies of files examined during local scans. Any other personal information processed under our control is kept only while necessary for the relevant operational or legal purpose and may be retained longer where required for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, claims, or dispute resolution.
Information independently processed by external providers is subject to their retention practices.

EULA and App Use
FoundryMelt Cleaner's End User License Agreement (EULA) operates alongside this Privacy Notice. It defines your limited right to use the software and addresses usage restrictions, ownership, intellectual property, warranties, disclaimers, liability, and circumstances in which the license may end.
Installing or continuing to use the App constitutes acceptance of the applicable EULA terms.
Protection and Policy Changes
We apply reasonable organizational and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No security measure can guarantee absolute protection.
This notice may be revised when the App, its third-party integrations, or legal requirements change. Any revised notice will display an updated revision date and will be made available through an appropriate channel.
